Either for a movie role such as Beyonce did for "Dreamgirls" or Charlize Theron for the Oscars Ceremony for 2003, the year she won the Best Actress Oscar for "Monster" ~ the movie for which she had gained some 20 something pounds and so wanted to lose that extra weight quickly for award season.

There are even high protein shakes for women which contain soy protein. This is said to help reduce the appearance of cellulite. For best results, combine it with regular exercise - make it aerobic exercise. And if you want a body like Beyonce, Demi or Charlize, you can't simply park your car at the other end of the company car park and expect the pounds to just fall off. You will have to exercise at least 3 or 4 times a week at a high level.
And, don't just rely on a solely liquid protein diet either. Replace one or two meals a day with a meal replacement shake and eat healthy, fresh and good food as your main meal. The best time to switch you meal for a pure protein shake would be in the morning - replacing your breakfast.
