Hip Hop Exercise Review

By Edited Nov 13, 2013 0 0

Dancing has been discovered to be a great exercise program, and has even been awarded its own name, Hip Hop Exercise. Not only is this a great exercise and a fun way to lose weight, you get to do new and innovative ways all the time.

We have seen Hip Hop Exercise work its way into popularity for the last few years, especially with the TV dance series, showing dancing as a fun and beautiful art. I love to watch Dancing with the Stars, and So You Think You Can Dance, for the entertainment, but also for the motivation because of the amazing shape their bodies are in.

It is more enjoyable to me to dance to some lively, heart pumping music, and dance, than it is to sit on a weight bench lifting weights, or standing on a treadmill for an hour. It just seems that the time goes by much faster when I am enjoying this form exercise instead of the old boring methods.

The big advantage here that I can see is that you can lose weight, learn to dance, and have a great time. This is a great way to control your weight, which makes this even more attractive as a preferred weight-loss program.

You will need a degree of flexibility to do these moves, so you may want to begin slowly, as with adopting any new form of exercise. You can use Hip Hop Exercise to put a new spin on the way you move your body, you don't need to be doing the same push-ups everyday. This will help you improve your stamina, while stretching various muscles like your abs, triceps, quads, and hamstrings. So, get fit and have fun.
