- Stand up straight with your feet at shoulder width.
- Squat down with your palms touching the ground.
- Kick your legs back until you are in push up position.
- Retract your legs back towards your chest.

- Get onto the ground with your hands at shoulder width, palm facing down.

- Stand up straight with both feet at shoulder width.
