Food can drive stress, which can drive digestive issues including constipation. 90% of the food in the grocery stores is not fit for human consumption. Americans complain that healthy food is too expensive...yes it's 10-15% more than the crap you're eating but 1. food is already cheaper bc of subsidies which we already paid for in taxes. 2 saves you on future health expenses and 3. Americans spend the least percentage of income on food than any other country, yet boast the highest caloric density.
