3 Good Workout Routine to Add to Your Workout Plan
Having a good set of home workout routines isn't that hard to find. But depending on the size of your home, it may be very difficult to do some or many of the workouts that you will find. So I'll be going over some of the exercises that I have come up with that can be done in a tight and small amount of space in your home without any exercise equipment.
Before I go into that, for any good workout plan to work, we have to go over the fundamentals. I want to go over some of the general exercises that don't require a lot of space and they push-ups, squats, and jumping. The great thing about all for these exercises is that they are the fundamentals of exercising and they are adequate enough, if put together, to workout the entire body. So now what I will do is mix them up to create a whole body workout that can be done in a small room.
1. Jumping squats – Start by have your legs shoulder width apart. Then squat down like you're about to take a seat and have your hands touch the ground, then as come back up, jump while bringing your arms into the air having your fingers reach for the ceiling.
2. Standup push-ups – Start by standing straight up, then go down in to a push-up position and do one push-up, then bring your legs back in and stand back up. That is one repetition.
3. Jumping squat push-ups – Jumping squat push-ups starts off just like the standup push-ups but the difference is that instead of just standing back up, you're going to jump and reach for the ceiling.
If you think these three workouts make a good workout routine, I agree with you because these three alone will work out many of your muscle groups in your body which includes your shoulders, triceps, chest, core, thighs, quads, and calves. It's amazing how three simple workouts can be easily done and be apart of your home workout routines. You can easily find free workout routines online but I think you have the ability to actually create your own workout, and all you need is to do is find workouts that you can mix and match to create your own new workout.
