Hot and Sweet BBQ Pork Spare Ribs
Hot and sweet BBQ pork spare ribs with a tangy sauce and unforgettable aroma. Try it on the outside charcoal grill or under the broiler. I added a hint of cinnamon and a touch of other aromatic spices like ginger that will permeate the cooking area while you generously baste and coat them to perfection. Serve hot with garlic toast and grilled mushrooms. A lovely Cabernet Sauvignon wine would truly enhance the rich flavors. Enjoy! 2 lbs. pork spare ribs.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut spare ribs and take off fat and skin coating. Place in large resealable bag with marinade. Refrigerate 2-4 hours. Shake up occasionally to redistribute the sauce.
Step 2
Bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and baste with marinade several times for another 15 minutes or until ribs are a deep mahogany color. Check to see if proper internal temperature is reached.
Step 3
Plate and serve hot and sweet bbq pork spare ribs while warm with dipping sauce, garlic rolls, grilled potabellas and potato salad.
