House Cleaning Jobs Available
Given the economic climate we live in, any type of job that brings in extra cash sounds good. Although the various media outlets say that we are coming out of the recession, that doesn't put food on my table or pay for the rent. No, the people who are making the money are the ones that put us in this position in the first place. It has always been like that and it always will be. That's why we must do whatever we can to get through these tough times and this involves taking on jobs that we normally wouldn't take such as a house cleaning job.
My mom always told me that taking on any type of job was honorable as long as it was legal so I've been thinking of doing some house cleaning jobs on the side. I wouldn't be going through an agency as I think it is better that I get referred to my clients by friends. This way, my friends can act as a reference for both sides. House cleaning jobs are not all that bad if you can get good clients who keep the place clean already but just needs a tidy up every now and again. The best clients are elderly folk as they sometimes only need some light dusting. Sometimes, they also just need the company and their children or grandchildren can't always drop in on them.
When trying to find a house cleaning job, you should also lists any other qualities you have that you think might be useful other than household chores. On my curriculum vitae, I have things like can cut hair, shovel the snow, do groceries, walk the dog. Obviously, this is quite different than what you would apply for a normal office job, but you have to think about the daily stuff that people go through and would need. After all, the purpose of people hiring you is so you can save them time. That is what you should put down when applying for a house cleaning job.
When someone does hire you for house cleaning, obviously, you want to be super helpful and eager. However, make it know that although you will be flexible in what your job duties are, they are things that are beyond the call of duty. For instance, you will clean the place up for a party but you will not arrange the party. If they want you to do that, you need to get paid as an event coordinator. And who knows, maybe the house cleaning job will turn into something bigger and better!

yeah they used to be a good quick job, but depending on the clients..i had one do a backround check and told me i owed too much money to work for them ..HELLO NO ---- I OWE MONEY WHAT DO YOU THINK I AM TRYING TO WORK ?
