How-To Make Jell-O Shooters

It is always fun when hosting a party to stray away from the regular every day drinks and shooters and come up with something different or fun.  Jell-o shooters are always fun for gatherings, especially since jell-o shooters tend to have less alcohol than your regular shooter; so even people who don't like alcohol may enjoy them!  

Here is what you will need:

• 1/2 cup of Vodka/Rum/Tequila or Gin (pick your favorite)
• 3oz package of your favorite flavor of Jell-O
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 6 ice cubes
• 1 ice cube tray (or disposable shooter glasses)
• Whipped Cream (optional)
  

Directions:

1. Stir Jell-O powder into your boiling water
2. Boil the water with the Jell-O powder for 2 minutes
3. Add your 1/2 cup of alcohol (make sure not to add more or the Jell-O won't solidify)
4. Add 6 ice cubes and stir until thickened
5. Remove any ice that did not fully dissolve
6. Pour the mix into your ice cube tray (or disposable shooter glasses) and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours
7. Optional - If you like whip cream; place a small dollop of whip cream on top of each shooter
   

TIP: If you have trouble getting your Jell-O shooters out of the tray, place the bottom of the tray in hot water for a minute prior to removing the shooters to ease them out.

Put your new found Jell-O shooters on a tray and hand them out to your party goers!
