If you enjoy drinks that don't have an overwhelming alcohol flavor, then Malibu Pineapple could be the perfect drink for you. The drink is the perfect balance of juice and alcohol creating a drink that isn't too sweet like many coolers on the market, while still packing enough alcohol to give you a buzz.

Ingredients:
Ice
1.5oz Coconut Rum (Malibu, Parrot Bay)
5oz Pineapple Juice

Optional Ingredients:
1 Pineapple Slice
1 orange slice

Preparation:
Fill a high ball glass three quarters of the way full with ice, then add 1.5oz Coconut Rum and 5oz Pineapple juice. Lightly stir, and optionally garnish with a slice of pineapple or orange.

I hate to say it, but I was sipping on a few of these tasty concoctions a few months ago on my cruise to Mexico. They definitely go down easy!
