How Do You Take Your Vitamins?

Nature's Plus High Energy Protein Shake

Mix Up a Meal Chock Full of Cutting Edge Superfoods

With our busy often hectic lives, it is hard to make sure our families and ourselves are getting the proper nutrition our bodies need to function properly.

Planning three properly balanced nutritionally packed meals that will fuel you and your family for the day can be a daunting task.

Not to mention the hurrying after work to stop at the grocery store because something was forgotten "on marathon grocery shopping day" which is surely one of the most frustrating tasks in the world.

Someone has to make dinner for the family tonight and usually this means you.

It is great if you have a spouse or significant other to help with these unbelievable chores but also someone and this usually means YOU, as well, needs to drive one child to baseball practice, one to religious instruction and one to a Scout Meeting.

Do you feel guilty if this finds you in line at the local fast food joint and everyone is eating in the car? Or worst still, as soon as everyone is home, Pizza or Chinese Food delivery is quickly arranged and on its way?

Well, of course it does and it is costly as well.  But just what IS a person to do?  Hiring a cook to go along with the fictitious maid that attends to the house cleaning and gigantic dirty clothes basket is one alternative but reaching for the vitamin bottle is probably a little more realistic.

Can that daily multi vitamin really do what it is supposed to do?  Can anything that comes in a bottle in the form of a pill REALLY take the place of the properly balanced meal that is the epitome of good mothering and feeding of the family?

Don't ask me.  I live alone. I don't like to cook.

Believe it or not, it is just as hard to properly feed ones self as it is for you, Wonder Woman or Super Man to properly feed the whole family.

I always loved the European concept of shopping as you go, usually at the end of your day, picking up just what you need for the evening meal and perhaps the beginning of tomorrow's breakfast if the pantry is low.

This is where Nature's Plus Fruitein line of high energy shakes come in.  In all likelihood these shakes have saved my life.  They are vegetarian, as well, for those of you who do practice vegetarianism or vegan and pack 6.25 grams of soy protein in each serving via scientifically formulated isolated soy protein used from only non-genetically modified (non-GMO) soybeans.

It is recommended that 25 grams of soy protein a day, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.

There is a plethora of different types of Fruitein to choose that are the colors of each foods it represents such as Exotic Red Fruit, Revitalizing Green Foods, Banana Orange Creme, Acai Shake and my personal favorite, Rainbow.

Nature's Plus Fruitein Rainbow is incredibly delicious with over 115 antioxidant whole food concentrates from across the color spectrum and features all of the most cutting edge super fruits including Pomegranate, Noni, Spirulina, Wolfberry, Blueberry, Mangosteen, White Tea, White Fig, Pineapple, Spanish Bee Pollen, Young Barley Leaf, Korean Ginseng, Lecithin,Vegetables and Green Foods to form an amazingly energizing shake.

Fruitein Rainbow supercharges antioxidants defenses. It includes probiotics and digestive enzymes which is great for sensitive stomachs and is fortified with a highly nutritious whole food and herbal base.

In short, it is a high protein, low caloric (110) and fat free shake which delivers essential vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and is enhanced with the Activessence enzyme activation system that liberates energizing nutrition from foods.

I really meant it when I said that Nature's Plus Fruitein Shakes, in particular Rainbow, saved my life.  I have suffered from fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease most of my life as well as arthritic joint problems due to injuries received from a motorcycle accident when I was a teenager.  My stomach is sensitive due to over medication of aspirin, tylenol and ibuprofen I ingested, for years,  in an attempt to control pain.

The nutrients my body receives from these shakes are incredible.  It is recommended that one mix a scoop, which is included, of Fruitein Rainbow into a cold glass of water or milk.  Myself, I sprinkle a scoop into my favorite cereal and milk and have a meal just chock full of all these super foods.  At times I just stir a scoop into a glass of milk and feel satisfied for at least 3-4 hours.

I keep my weight low, as my doctor suggests, because of the fibromyalgia,  degenerative disc disease and arthritic joint pain and this energy shake has absolutely helped me with this.  Stomach problems are soothed almost instantly when I drink a cup or glass of this mixture.

I searched the internet for negative comments in regards to Nature's Plus Vegetarian Fruitein Rainbow and could find none.  Sites include houseofnutrition, naturesplus, GNC, Amazon, vitacost, vitaminshoppe, iherb, vitaminlife, vitaDigest, and luckyvitamins.

One woman noted that she gave it to her children because she was concerned that they were not getting enough fruits and vegetables.  Athletes reported use for workouts.  Others use it as a daily vitamin supplement, dietary replacement or use during illness.

Reap all the benefits of optimal health with Fruitein Rainbow Energy Shake bursting with antioxidant goodness.  It is truly delicious and remarkable.

Thank you so much! They ARE great. I have been using them in lieu of a multi vitamin for at least 8-10 years. (It is sold in the health food store chains as well as the small town health food stores - or you can request your local store to stock them.)

CystalNici: Please do try. Of course they may not work for you as well as they do for me - but I swear I could not live without them. Especially the fibro...sometimes one hurts so much, the task of cooking a healthy meal is just beyond one. Just mix one of this up or add to cereal or ice cream...the possiblities are endless...and you are "vitamined-up" in a flash.
ps: usually the health food store or Amazon sells "single packets" to try before you invest in a whole can or to find your favorite flavor.
