4.       Pigging out at night is not advisable because this is the time of day where the body does not burn a lot of calories. Nonetheless, you can eat more during breakfast, but make sure that is loaded with fiber, protein, and fruits and vegetables.

5.       When you feel the urge to eat something sweet, do not grab a chocolate bar. Instead of eating chocolates, which are loaded with calories eat fruits instead. Fruits have the same effect as chocolates minus the extra calories.
