How To Clean Your House Faster To Prevent Allergy Induced Asthma

By | May 31, 2010 | 0 Comments | Rating: 1

Are you looking for the ways to prevent allergy induced asthma? Do you have a dirty house or apartment and need to increase the speed at which you clean your home?

Research has shown that the best way to prevent allergy induced asthma is to reduce or eliminate exposure to allergy causes such as household dust and dirt. Unfortunately, keeping a house clean is hard work and the time it takes to do so usually discourages the homeowner from doing it as much as they should. However, the time needed to properly clean your house can be greatly reduced if you follow these suggestions.

The first step to thoroughly cleaning your home to prevent allergies is to make yourself a "to do" list. This list should include all of the things that must get done during your cleaning session. This will give you a clearer understanding of what must be accomplished. Because it is likely that you will see other things that need to be done as you are cleaning, make a list of those items and scheduled them to be done at some time in the near future. Having this list - and sticking to it - will help avoid many of the distractions that adds substantial time to your cleaning routine.

Second, straighten your house BEFORE you start cleaning. It is much easier to clean a house that is ready to be cleaned. There is no need to go overboard here but I am sure you will agree that it is easier to vacuum an empty carpet than one that is cluttered with tons of toys!

A third way to get more things done during your efforts to clean your house to avoid allergy induced asthma is to keep to yourself. Do not answer the telephone if it rings, do not check your emails, and do not go out to see if the mail man or woman has delivered the mail. Remember that every time you do these things, you are breaking your routine and causing the process to last that much longer.

Finally, set a time limit for your cleaning efforts. If you do not get it all done during that period of time, find a stopping point and call it a day. You will find, however, that having a set time to get it all done will force you to stay on track and moving towards your goal of removing the causes of allergies from your home.
