Things You Will Need

1 tsp. Dried Chamomile Petals
1 tsp. Lemon Balm
1/2 tsp. Slippery Elm Bark
1/4 tsp. Dried Catnip
1.5 Cups Apple Juice
1.5 Cups Boiling Water
Honey

Step 1

While the water for your tea is heating up, mix together the chamomile petals, lemon balm, slippery elm and catnip.

Step 2

Next, add the mixed herbs to the boiling water and allow to steep for approx. 15 minutes before adding the apple juice and honey to sweeten.

Step 3

For best results drink a cup of chamomile tea three times a day after meals. Most people will experience immediate relief after after drinking the tea.
Some things that you might want to do to improve the quality of your life and reduce heartburn symptoms. Is to drink plenty of fresh water everyday, take a good quality probiotic and reduce or eliminate sugar from your diet.

If you make it yourself chamomile tea is caffeine free. Otherwise you will probably have to check the label because some brands may contain caffeine.
