How To Find Your Live, Draft, Denied and Pending Articles on InfoBarrel
Finding Your Articles
To find your Live Article, Draft Articles, Denied Articles, and Pending Articles follow these 3 steps.1. Click on the Open Nav Bar link at the top right of every page to open the navigation bar.
2. Once the navigation is opened, click on the "My Content" link. This will load a new page.
3. Once this page has loaded, you should see 4 tabs, Live Article, Draft Articles, Denied Articles, and Pending Articles. By clicking on any one of these tabs you will see a list of your corresponding articles.
Understanding the My Articles Page
On the My Articles page there are 4 tabs, Live Article, Draft Articles, Denied Articles, and Pending Articles. Under each tab is a list of the corresponding articles on your account. Each article will have an [edit] link, and for the draft, denied and pending articles, a [delete] link as well.Clicking on the [edit] link, you will be taken to a page where you can edit that version of the article. For example if you have an article, let's call it Test Article, that has been published and is live on the site but you have also been working on some changes to it and have saved those changes as a draft, you will see a version of that article in both the Live Articles and the Draft Articles. So if you wanted to continue your draft, you would click the [edit] link next to Test Article under your Draft Articles.
The [delete] link works in the same manner. If you decide that you are unhappy with the draft of Test Article you have saved and want to get rid of it, you can click the [delete] link to remove that version from your articles. Not to worry, deleting a draft, denied or pending article will NOT delete the live version.
The Denied Articles have one more link, [reason for denial]. By clicking the [reason for denial] link, you can see the reason your article was denied so that you can go back and make the correct changes so it can get published.

I decided to delete an article after I created it. Wanted to move from the "create your own" template over to "how to" template. After deleting this draft, I was unable to use that title again. Any way to use that title again? No one else claimed that title.
Hey Netwelth,
Can you email us with the contact page and someone will help you change your article over.
Thanks
After wandering around for a while it was agreat to discover how I can check the status of my first article!
What is the approximate turnaround time from publishing an article pending to acceptance or denial? I know, they are my first two, just published last night and today, and I am just anxious to find out if they are "up to snuff" and/or acceptable writing/material.
Thanks,
BonnyJ
Hi Bonny,
We usually try to get to articles within 24 hours of it being submitted. Sometimes it may take a bit longer if we experience higher than normal volume of articles.

Why was my comment deleted? All I asked was how to delete and article and I did contact you as requested but the article has not been deleted yet. Can you tell me when that will happen?
Hi Ponder,
I accidentally clicked the delete button (which is right next to the reply button on my page) when I went to click reply. Your article has been deleted.

I was working on any article today about babysitting but when this site was having problems so my article didn't save. I tried again to put my article on the site and publish it but it says that the title is already in use but it wasn't being used the first time I tried to publish it. I can't find the article in pending or draft or anywhere else. Any suggestions? Thanks.
