How To Get Free Grocery Coupons In The Mail

By | 0 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

A family on a budget should include coupons in their own frugal savings equation. There is a no fail frugal tip to save big bucks on groceries with just a few e-mails. Writing to food and household companies and providing feedback is a surefire way to get some great coupons in the mail.

Companies appreciate feedback on their products. Companies actually pay thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to gather feedback on what consumers like or don't like and how they view their food brand. When a consumer writes directly to a company they are getting free feedback. In return many companies show their gratefulness to the consumer by sending a generic thank you letter and some free c0upons. These free coupons are usually not just for a few cents off. They are for completely free food.

Where To E-mail

You should already have in mind the company you want to contact. Go to their webpage and look for the contact us button. This is generally located either in the footer of the webpage or at the top.

How To Write The Feedback Letter

There is no hard or fast rule on how to write a feedback letter except that you should not ask out right for coupons. That is one thing that the companies don't want is consumers just writing for coupons. Your feedback letter should include the following.

  • The complete name of the product.
  • Choose one: complaint, suggestion, praise, or comment.
  • If there is not form to add your name and address, add it at the bottom of the feedback letter.
There is no rule to how long of a feedback letter to write, but generally just a paragraph or two will suffice unless it is a complaint letter that needs more detail.
