How To Lose Weight Fast In 10 Days

By | 2 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

So, you want to learn how to lose weight and do it in 10 days, eh? Well, you're in luck! Because it just so happens to be that you can indeed lose a real, measurable, noticeable amount of weight in 10 days. Don't expect to lose a massive amount of pounds that you've gathered over the years, though. It's important that you keep realistic expectations. You'll set yourself up for disappointment if you don't.

Let me give you an idea of what to realistically expect from a real weight loss effort that's executed the right way. When you are an adult, you will need 2500 calories per day if you are a male and 2000 calories per day if you are a female. This will vary from person to person ofcourse, but these are the averages. If you eat exactly the amount of calories that you need per day, then you will maintain your weight. If you eat more calories than you need per day, you will gain body fat. If you eat less calories than you need, you will burn body fat.

So it is all about creating a caloric deficit within your body. If you expend more calories than you take in, the body has no choice but to rob itself of its own resources for energy. In order to prevent that your body takes the energy out of your muscle tissue, you've got to do weight lifting exercises to hang on to your muscle. When you do, your body will take the energy out of its fat reserves.

The maximum caloric deficit that you should have per day, is around 500. When you go beyond the 500 mark, you're sending your body into starvation mode and it will try to hang on to every single calorie it has for dear life. So if you want to learn how to lose weight fast in 10 days, you're going to have to carefully plan out a diet that gives you a caloric deficit not higher than 500. It's the only way to get permanent results in the long run.

Going on a crash diet is the worst you could do. You'll lose 10 pounds in 3 days and then you'll be so sick and tired of being hungry all the time that you'll go back to your regular eating habits. And then you're going to gain those 10 pounds back. And those 10 pounds you lost wasn't even body fat. Lots of it was just bodily fluids anyway. Real weight loss results require time and effort on your part. They require a change in your lifestyle. You need to design a healthy weight loss diet for yourself and execute it for a few weeks in order to lose weight quick.

I never knew about the maximum caloric deficit. It's definitely something I want to look into more. I've been trying to eat 400 calorie meals 4 times a day. And that should hopefully put me around 1600 calories. Hopefully that is about right for me.
