If you're looking to lose weight fast with exercise, then kudos to you! Lots of people want to know how to lose weight fast either without exercise or with diet pills. These are the people that want too much, too fast and too easy. Losing weight requires real effort over a long period of time. You can't expect that a pill will solve your obesity problems over night, or even in a week for that matter. You didn't gain all that body fat in a matter of a few days, and you're not going to get rid of it that easily!

The real reason why you got fat is because of your lifestyle. You're eating too many foods that contain bad nutrients and you're not getting enough exercise. Your diet is the fundamentation of any successful weight loss attempt. Therefore, it is definitely possible to lose fat without exercise. But throwing exercise in the mix together with a healthy fast weight loss diet, makes for a magical combination that will send your results skyrocketing. You can easily lose twice as much weight with diets and exercise than you can with either diet or exercise alone.

How To Lose Weight Fast With Exercise

Before you learn how to lose weight fast with exercise, first have a look at your diet. Your diet must contain all the nutrients in the right proportions. There must be proteins, carbohydrates and fatty acids in your diet. On top of that, your diet must give you a caloric deficit of a few hundred calories per day. This is where the real weight loss comes from. Once you have this in place, only then will you start to exercise! The exercise you do will keep your body's functioning at top level while keeping your metabolism high enough so that you can afford to have a caloric deficit.

You see, if you keep up a diet that gives you a caloric deficit for too long, eventually your metabolism is going to slow down to a crawl. It's entirely possible for you to lower your daily caloric requirement to around 1500. If your body requires 1500 calories per day, then you'd need to eat 1000 calories per day to have a caloric deficit so that you could burn fat! But that's just way too low! Eating this little will upset your body and it will start protesting. You won't be burning any fat at this level of calories. You must keep your daily caloric requirements at a level of at least 2000.

Exercise will help you do this. I recommend a healthy mix of cardio training (jogging on a treadmill) and resistance training (weight lifting exercises). The cardio will increase your metabolism and the weight lifting exercises will cause your body to hang on to the muscle tissue, thereby forcing the body to take the reserve energy from the body's fat reserves! Once you learn the right combination of the best weight loss exercises, you can truly start to boost the results you get from your diet!
