So, you want to lose weight without the help of any diet pills, eh? That's good to hear, because this tells me you are willing to take responsibility for your your own life. You're already at a higher chance of succeeding than people who want quick and easy fixes for their obesity problems through diet pills or weight loss surgery such as liposuction or gastric bypass.

It's entirely possible to learn how to lose weight without diet pills. A lot of diet pills don't even work. The ones that do work give you only a minimal amount of extra results on top of the results that you yourself are realizing with your own weight loss efforts. You will have to switch from your current fattening lifestyle that makes you low on energy and miserable, to a new lifestyle that sets you up for a slim, trim and strong body that makes you happy.

When I'm talking about lifestyle, I'm talking about diet and exercise. Your diet really is the fundamentation of your body's health and shape. Your body, over time, will start to reflect what you eat. If you're on a steady diet of burgers and soda drinks, your body is going to get as fat as the burgers and sodas can support. If you go on a diet where you get your daily intake of fruits and vegetables, your body will be set up to move to a slimmer figure. Over time, your body will burn its fat and go back to resemble that lovely figure you had when you were years younger.

So start by fixing your diet first. Get on fast weight loss diet that gives you all the proteins, carbohydrates and fatty acids you need. Make sure your diet intentionally gives you a caloric deficit to allow your body to burn the fat. Also, get exercise to double the results you will get from your weight loss efforts. Don't worry, you won't need to do 2 hours on the treadmill daily. Doing cardio exercises for about half an hour, three times a week will already give your body's metabolism a fantastic boost. On days that you're not in the gym, just take a walk. You'd be surprised how amazingly effective walking outside every day for an hour can be at burning fat!
