Yogurt has probiotics in it which is good for your stomach and a combination of fruit and yogurt makes an amazing combination. Below I have listed a recipe to make amazing parfaits. The great thing about the recipe is that you can customize it to fit your needs.

- 2 cups of yogurt(You can use plain or flavored yogurt)

Using these four ingredients, you can make amazing parfaits. The first step in preparing them is to get a bowl or glass. Pour 1/2 a cup of yogurt into the container. You do not want to put to much because you are going to layer your ingredients. Then most of your fruit granola and or cereal into the container. Next add the rest of the yogurt over the fruit, granola and cereal. Finally add a little fruit to the top and your done. You can customize this dish in almost any way. If you prefer nuts, you can put nuts in, if you like honey in yogurt, you can put honey in. Almost anything works with this type of dish.

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 10 gram crackers
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
- 2 8-ounce packages fat-free cream cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
To make the cheesecake, you must pre heat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Soften the cream cheese and beat it in a bowl with the sugar until smooth, then beat in the sour cream. In conjunction with that, crush up the gram crackers and pour them in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of water and add the butter, then pulse it until it is moist. Wrap the outside of a pan with foil and coat the inside with cooking spray. Then pour the gram crackers into the pan and flatten them down. Put this inside the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Mix the egg whites and add them to the bowl of cream mixture. Then add the orange zest,flour, vanilla extract, and eggs to the mix. Mix until the mixture is fluffy. Take out the gram cracker crust and pour the mix over the crust.
Place the pan into a roasting pan and add water to the side until it is about 1/3 of the way up. Bake the cake for about an hour. You will know that it is done when the center juggles a little. Take the cake out of the pan and run a knife around the edge. Chill for about 8 hours and then it is ready to eat. You can add some toppings such as fruit or granola.

Like the Parfait recipe, this recipe can be easily customized to fit your needs.
- 3 cups of 100% rolled oats
- 1/3 cup of chopped almonds
- 1/3 cup of seeds
- 1/2 cup of dried fruit.
- 1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate
- 2 Tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
To make oatmeal snack bars, start by preheating your oven to about 350 degrees fahrenheit, then mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Next mix the dry and wet ingredients together. It may be hard to mix , but try to mix all the ingredients in together. You can customize the amount of seeds,fruit,chocolate and even cinnamon you put into the mixture. Once you have mixed all the ingredients together, pour the mixture into a pan and put it in the oven to bake for 40 minutes. After it is done cooking, cut the oatmeal mixture into bars. This is all you have to do to make oatmeal snack bars. It is really easy to make and tastes great!
Fruit salads are healthy desserts that are very very easy to make. Fruit salads are healthy and delicious. There are tons of vitamins in a fruit salad and it can really taste good.Below I have made a very very simple recipe for making fruit salad. This salad can be made in about 15 minutes.
- 5 bananas
- 3 kiwis
- 2 granny smith apples
- 1 peach
- 1 cup of grapes
- 1 pear
- 2 oranges
- 1 cup of pineapple
Cut the bananas,kiwis,apples,peach,pear, and oranges up into small pieces. Put them in a bowl, then add the grapes and pineapple. Mix all the ingredients up in the bowl, and then put the bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes. When you take it out, you will have ready to eat fruit salad .
