Things You Will Need

75 Grams of Caster Sugar
2 x 250 Grams of skim milk soft cheese
Approximately 4 - 5 tablespoons of skim milk
1 Vanilla Pod
3 Tablespoons of kahlua
50 Grams of dark chocolate
100 Grams of Blueberries, Strawberries or Raspberries
100 Grams of sponge fingers/biscuit
4 - 5 Tablespoons of coffee

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, beat the caster sugar, skim milk soft cheese, skim milk and vanilla seeds ( you must remove the vanilla seeds from the pod before using) until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Mix the kahlua and coffee together in a bowl. You can then dip the sponge biscuit into the coffee mixture and then place them in a dessert glass or dessert bowl.

After that place the mixed berries over the biscuit and then cover the milk mixture you made in step one. Then finely grate the dark chocolate over the mixture.

Step 3

You can then repeat the steps until it reaches the top of the dessert glass. For best results it is best to refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving.

This dessert is very easy and fast to make and contains approximately 300 calories per serving and less than 5 grams of fat.

When on any weight loss program it is important to give yourself a treat once in a while. As long as you carefully check how many calories you are eating and also doing regular exercise, you should have no problems in reaching your ideal goal weight. Good Luck.
