How To Make The Lemonade Cleansing Juice

Things You'll Need:
-2 tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon
-2 tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup
-1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper - as much as you can comfortable cope with -1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) purified or spring water

Introduction:
The Lemonade Flush. The lemonade cleanse. The Beyonce Maple Syrup diet. They are all synonymous. Its a type of fast that "flushes" you of impurities; and subsequently facilitating a better connection with your body and spirituality.

Beyoncé went on it, which is in fact a form of fasting, rather than dieting. Let's be clear - this is not a healthy way to lose weight. You are much better off doing some regular exercise and eating a healthy, calorie controlled diet. Beyoncé's Maple Syrup Diet simply involves eating no solid food at all. Instead, a mixture of lemon juice, Grade B/Medium Maple Syrup, water and Cayenne pepper is drunk. This mix can be taken cold, as a cordial, or hot, as a tea. The mix contains some essential vitamins and minerals.

Step 1:
Add all the ingredients to a bottle and shake. Shake again before each drink to avoid any segments settling at the bottom. To make a full day's worth of the Lemonade cleanse;
5 Squeezed Lemons
1 1/4 cup of organic Grade B maple syrup
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
10 cups of water

And mix into a large enough bottle.

Step 2:
This flush is to be used for a maximum of 10 days. If you want to go longer than that, make sure you contact your primary physician. Sip on this whenever you are hungry throughout the day. The maple syrup provides some forms of nutrients, the lemon is a natural body cleanser and is historically a cleanser, and the cayenne pepper increases your metabolism which will facilitate weight loss.

Step 3:
Yes. There will be side effects without exception. Most of these will not be pleasant. You must have proper knowledge of the side effects so that you know that what you are going through is nothing abnormal, but perfectly natural in the detoxification process.

The first thing that you may suffer are cramps in the abdomen. You may need to visit the toilet 3 to 4 times a day. Sounds strange to be visiting the toilet so many times since you will not be eating anything solid. But this will happen. Your body will keep on eliminating all the toxins that are loosening from all parts of your body. You could feel a bit weak when you begin the lemonade diet because of the sudden elimination of all the accumulated toxins. Vomiting can occur, and joints could pain. This is normal and natural. Your body is in the process of purifying itself. Other symptoms may include nausea, headaches and irritability. When any of these side effects happen to you, do not despair and leave the lemonade diet. Be firm and go through the entire course; you will not regret it!

Step 4:

Coming off the diet is the most important part in the entire diet. Yes, the most important part.

It will be 10 days or more that your body has not had any solid food. Do not make the mistake of gobbling down whatever you can lay your hands on once you have completed the lemonade diet. Your body will not be able to adjust to this, and it could lead to a serious condition.

You have to get off the diet and introduce solid foods gradually. The first and second day after you complete the lemonade diet, you should have only fresh orange juice. 8 to 10 glasses a day should suffice. Drink as much water in between as required. On the third day have fresh orange juice in the morning. Afternoon lunch should consist of a little fresh and raw fruit/s. At night have a raw vegetable salad. The next morning have a fresh orange juice. Lunch should be a little soup made out of fresh vegetables. Have the same soup for dinner. You are now ready to eat normally.

Tips And Warnings:
-The Salt Water Flush The salt water flush is a powerful tool in removing waste from the colon. Fecal matter can remain in the bowels for a long time. You must use sea salt for the flush. Start with 2 teaspoons with 1 liter of room temperature water. If you do not respond to this amount then you will need to use more salt. Expect 3 to 8 bowel movements in the following hours which will expel the liter of salt solution - this will be a strong watery diarrhea. This is the flush. It will not be pleasant. Do not do the salt water flush when you have to go out. It is best done first thing in the morning on a day when you can stay at home and close to the toilet for the day. Many people prefer to do this in the evening so that they have the whole night to recover. Expect bowel movements every 15 minutes or so until all the solution has passed through. If you do not like the sound of the salt water flush then consider a colon cleansing kit.

-THIS IS A 10 DAY VENTURE. If you want to go longer than that, make sure you contact your primary physician.

-You are not eating solid food and you might be prone to dizzy spells if you move with haste. Slow down. Your body is breaking down impurities. Take it slow.

-I advise against strenuous exercise. You do some light cardio like walking. But dont go out to a boxing match anytime soon.
