The Droid is one of the hottest cell phones on the market today, and the thing that I like most about it is just how user friendly it is. This makes it a good cell phone choice for almost everyone, even those of us who are a little challenged when it comes to technology.

This article on how to put an app on the home screen of a droid will easily allow you to customize the home screen on a droid.

Things You Will Need

Droid cell phone

Step 1

Before starting ,it's a good idea to make sure your droid has all its updates. To do this just tap the menu tab on the home screen, then select settings. At the bottom of the list tap about phone, then select system updates.

Step 2

Press on the center tab that you will find at the bottom of the home screen on your droid, this will bring up your apps menu.

Step 3

Locate the app that you want to add to the home screen on your droid.

Step 4

Place and hold your finger on the icon that you want to add to the home screen. Next you will feel a vibration under your finger, and the app will automatically be added to the home screen.

To remove an app from the droids home screen just place your finger over the app and when you feel the vibration drag the app down to the center tab. The tab will then turn red, and the app will automatically be removed from the home screen.
