Four Things You Should Know About How To Write An Article

Learning how to write SEO articles correctly will be very important in brining your content higher in the search engines. SEO, or search engine optimization, can be one of the most important decisions when planning your article. Writing a well thought out SEO article is not always as tough as some people believe. Here are some helpful tips to get you on the right track.

   1) What keywords will you use?    How to learn SEO? It all starts with keyword research. Keywords, aside from you having great meaningful content, will be the biggest asset you have. It will be well worth the work to choose them wisely. Keywords are words typed in the search engines by people searching for your products. Finding the right keywords for your project is the first thing you should do. I personally put at least half of the work of my article into this. Next you then build your page around those invaluable keywords you chose. There is a multitude of keyword tools out there that can tell you how many searches different words get each month along with a ton of other statistics including competition. I have been using market samurai for some time now and it works very well. However, Long Tail Pro has become much more beneficial in the ever changing world of Google and is what I recommend for people just getting started. Its interface is much easier for the novice marketer. It grace-fully offers a free trial to get started. Hint hint. I used free trials like these for the free training. Either way you will want some kind of program to do the work for you or keyword research is all you will ever be doing.

 2) How to use the keyword Now you have some good quality keywords, you need to know how to SEO your website or article. Most beginner article writers like to use their keywords in every sentence they can, DONT DO THIS. Correct SEO includes using your keywords in the correct density. It is typically good practice to put one or more of your keywords in the heading and the subheading. I always put one in the very first sentence as well and bold face it.  Lightly Sprinkle your keywords throughout your content evenly, and underline one of them. Now in the last sentence, again use one somewhere and underline it. You want the Google spiders to search, find and classify your content. You don’t want your reader to notice an irregular use or high density of a word. Most article publishing platforms will provide a keyword density checker.

   3)  The Title.  Try to think of a creative title that gets the reader’s attention while using one or more of the keywords in it. If you’re using a keyword tool use its suggestions to think up a good title. Be sure everywhere your keywords are placed they sound natural. Try to think up a natural sounding title that might be close to the keywords you think people might be typing. A good percentage of people search questions, so stating your title as a question may be a good place to start. You can often put your questions into your keyword tools to examine the results. It is also very crucial that your article delivers on the topic as stated in the title or the search engines may frown on you.

   4) Be sure your article is useful.  Google rates your content on relevant useful information and they continue to become even stricter each year. Over the years giving the reader value has become more useful in terms of SEO opposed to just loading an article with the right keywords.  If you write good content and your readers like it, some will even link back to it which will do wonders for your search engine rank. Be careful not over look social media interaction with your content. Anytime you can post, share, tweet (etc.) your, as this will also help with SEO tremendously.  Social Media is becoming more important every year in the eyes of Google. These are just a few things you should know to get started. For more info on how to SEO be sure to read this, "SEO made simple" For eight dollars you can save yourself a lot of time.
