How To Select Racquetball Goggles
First, decide what is more important to you, more protection, or more visibility. I ask this because you can get goggles that are closed that 100% protect you from just about any ball flying towards your eyes, or goggles that are open and look similar to big sun glasses. The closed goggles provide better protection but they do limit what you can see slightly plus they have the tendency to fog up.
Open glasses don't have any side protection which could result in some discomfort if you take a shot straight on directly in the eyes. Chances are if you aren't wearing eye wear already, you will probably go with the glasses that don't fog up.
The final step to selecting the right racquetball eye wear is making sure the goggles have a strap. The goggles that hinge over your ears tend to move around a lot and have a much higher risk of just falling off your head in the middle of a match.
Once you've found your perfect eye wear, make sure you wear them every single time you play!
