Strength training is also one of the great anti aging solutions. After you hit age 30 your body starts losing muscle in small amounts every year that adds up quickly. Having good muscle mass on your body will help you look more fit, tone, and attractive and will ward off the aging and sagging of your body, which will help you look much younger. People with solid muscle tone look much younger(and many times are much healthier) than people without it.
