Besides just using your treadmill to burn fat overall your body due to the caloric deficit you can create by running, you can use it to burn stomach fat whit a few targeted exercises.

When you are doing your regular workouts and for example walking for an hour on your electric treadmill, you should try to focuse on keeping a good posture instead of consentrating on the walking. When you focuse in taking the steps you are mostly activating just your leg muscles and neglecting the muscles all around your body. Your posture usually starts to crouch and you can eventually end up with back ache.

When you try to keep that perfect posture while doing your treadmill workouts you should try to suck in your gut to make it as small as possible. This way you will be activating all the supporting muscles in your middle section and end up doing an abdominal workout that will last for an hour! That is a lot of treadmill fitness to take in. I will guarantee that your abs will be sore for the next three days and you will be having trouble getting out of bed. The hardest part in a workout like this is to actually stay consentrated in your abs the whole time. But who ever said that losing stomach fat is an easy job!
