You can use body language to determine someone's interest level in you. Body language does not lie, so this is a great way to gauge someone's true interest in you. This article will guide you on how to use body language to tell if someone is interested in you.

The first step to using body language to tell if someone is interested in you is to check the way they cross their legs. If someone crosses their legs towards you that is a positive sign that they feel comfortable with you. If someone crosses their legs away from you this is a sub conscious way of shielding themselves from you, this is a sign the person is not interested in you.

Step 2

The second step to using body language to tell if someone is interested is to listen if they say they can not meet you for a certain reason(or they say they are busy when you try and make plans again for a certain day) is to watch their eyes as they give you the reason they can not meet you. When people lie their eyes tend to look to the left while they are formulating the lie. If you ask someone to meet you on a certain day, and their eyes look to the left right before they give you the reason they can't meet you, they are most likely lying to you.

The third step to using body language to tell if someone is interested in you is to check what they are doing with their hands. If someone has their hands closed or clinched, this is a sign that they are shielding themselves from you, which is a sign that they feel uncomfortable with you. Array
