Start by mixing a little baking soda along with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and a few drops of water until a thick paste appears. These three natural ingredients work to lift and remove staining over a short amount of time. Many people see results within a couple of days to a most of a week. You can use the paste on your toothbrush or as a mouthwash. However, always dilute hydrogen peroxide with water as failing to do so can cause serious burns.
