The NCLEX is the exam that nursing students must take in order to begin practicing within their professions. Once a nursing student has completed their program and feel prepared to take the NCLEX test, the next step is to find an NCLEX testing center. Follow these simple steps to easily find the center nearest you.

Once you near the end of your nursing education, start planning ahead about when and where you will take your NCLEX test. Visit the NCLEX testing website; www.vue.com. This is the most convenient way to find an NCLEX testing center because this website can narrow down test center options that are specific to your area.

Click on the icon reading "Locate".
You will be redirected to a page where you can select which test you are trying to take (there are many different options on the page).

Select the "health" option and then "NCLEX Examination" in the neighboring window. Specify the distance that you are willing to travel to take the NCLEX.

Choose how many NCLEX testing centers you want brought up in the search results; the more you list, the broader the range of centers the search will return.

Enter your home address.

Enter at least your country and zip code and then hit the search button in order to bring up the most relevant search results.

You will now have a list of NCLEX testing centers along with their distance from you, contact information, and directions to the site. The next step to take in order to become a nursing profession is to take the NCLEX, making you eligible for the many promising careers within the health care field.
