I've had a few people come to me with this problem. It is actually a very strange problem and I have no idea why monitors are able to do this. In fact I see no need for it at all. Anyway if you are having this problem here is how to solve it.
Things You Will Needcomputer, monitor, keyboard
Step 1First step is to have an upside down screen. If your task bar is not at the top this may help you but the screen is not upside down so you may need a different angle.
Step 2If you have a utility installed on your machine that came with the monitor open that utility. There will be an option usually under a tab called extras to rotate the screen at a certain angle. Change this angle to 0%
If you do not have a configuration utility then you have to try another option. The first thing is to try various keystrokes usually it is enter+ Up Arrow and Down Arrow that will change this. However some machine tend to have it as ctrl or alt rather than enter so try them all. If the problem is still there check on your graphics card setting from within the display applet in the control panel.
