Fill your kitchen with foods that fit on a low glycemic index diet. Foods as varied as wheat sourdough, cherries, and all-bran all fit into a low glycemic index diet. You will have plenty of foods to eat and you will be losing weight and getting healthy in the process.

. Stay up to date on all the latest diet research. Low GI diets are still being investigated, so there are always possibilities for adjusting your low glycemic index diet.
