Some pregnant women may experience nausea without vomiting. Other women could experience uneasy feeling in their stomach starting for a few weeks into their pregnancy. When a woman is pregnant, her hormones will make the levels of progesterone increase that's the reason why the stomach empties slowly and the estrogen including HCG can trigger the nausea.

Bear in mind that fluids will start to increase in your body as the womb gets ready to make a safe and comfortable home for the fetus. Your uterus will begin to get bigger long before you know that you are pregnant.

The added weight of fluid inside your body will put physical pressure on the bladder that is why you need to use the bathroom more often. The need to pee will greatly increased especially between two to three weeks after conception.

Your pregnancy hormone HCG will increase the blood flow to your kidneys in order to help get rid of your body' s waste. As your growing uterus begins to put some pressure on your bladder, it will also remove less storage room for urine and this is the reason why many pregnant women want to have an easy access to the public restrooms if they go outside to shop or just walk. The need to pee is one of the common symptoms of pregnancy that will come forth early probably in about two to three weeks after conception.
