How to Increase Testosterone

There are a number of reasons why a person would want to increase testosterone levels and they all come back to what I call low testosterone syndrome. When the body is not producing an optimum level of testosterone, a person's quality of life suffers. And, just to be clear, testosterone is an important hormone for both men and women, though it is more vital to the proper functioning of a man. There is more to life than what you have been experiencing lately. You know this as well as I. It is not so much that you are getting older, than the hormone changes in your body are robbing you of the fuel you need to be a whole person.
