The key is to make sure that you get rid of all of the toxins in your system that could end up sabotaging your efforts to lose weight fast.
Step Two
Start walking 45 minutes every day to get your hear pumping and your body burning calories. Many people start off with a diet plan and focus on what they are eating every day and ignore the fact that they need to be active to lose weight fast. You need to get up off that couch and burn calories to see the results that you want. It is very simple to get up and walk for 45 minutes a day to get you that jump start that you need.
Step Three
Drink only water with a squeeze of lemon juice in it. There are many calories in almost all of the drinks that people consume through out the day. Even if you are already drinking diet drinks that zero calories, these are still stopping your weight loss results. You are right about the sodium in diet drinks I have started drinking more water and feel much better. I also walk 30 min in morning and evening.
