How to Listen to Your Vonage Voicemail
Step 1
Pick up the receiver on your Vonage phone and dial *123. This brings you to the Vonage PIN prompt.
Step 2
Enter your PIN using your phone's keypad. If you have not yet set one, you need to use the default PIN given to you by the company. Check your email from Vonage for this number.
Step 3
Press the "1" key to hear your new voicemail messages. Press "2" to hear your saved messages, and "3" to hear deleted messages, which are stored for up to 24 hours.

Follow the prompts to save or delete your voicemail messages after you listen to them.

Dial your Vonage phone number on the other phone.

Press the "*" key when prompted by the automated voice.

Go to the Vonage website. Log onto the site using your username (or 10-digit phone number) and password. You can find this information in the "Welcome" email that you received when you first signed up for service.

Click the "Voicemail" link on the toolbar. A list of your messages appears on the screen with a link that says "Listen" next to each one.

Select your phone number from the drop-down menu that appears.

Go to "Folder > Online Account Inbox."
Step 5
Go to "New > File Download > Open" to hear your new voicemails or "Save" to save them on your computer. Click on "Listen" next to the older, saved voicemails if you want to hear them again. All messages are stored in your account unless you send them to the "Trash" section.
