It seems that everywhere that you turn people are talking about wanting to lose weight fast in the New Year. There is a growing problem in the world today and it is the growing waist size of the population. This is why the number one New Year's resolution is weight loss. As you sit and think about the things that you want to accomplish in the coming year, a thinner, trimmer you is probably very high on your list. This is a very good thing. However, it is a a good possibility that you do not want to have to wait 10 to 12 months to see any results at your goal to lose weight fast. That would not be fast results. There is a way to lose weight fast in the New Year and it is simple to achieve if you set your mind to it.
