Weight loss is about eating the right kinds of food. Cut down on the sweets, and eat less of carbohydrates. These tend to get stored in your body when you don't burn them. Get high on fruits and vegetables. Most of them are rich in fiber that helps your digestive system.

You have to eat at the right time. The key here is to be aware how long your digestive system takes to excrete whatever you have eaten. And when you have a good sense of it, you can adjust your eating schedule. The principle is that you should allow yourself time to burn the food you eat before you go to sleep. When in dormant stage, your body doesn't use much of its stored food, and if you ate a lot before going to sleep, it becomes easier for you to get fat.


Step 3

One more thing on how to lose weight quick is to exercise regularly. You don't need to spend too much on a gym membership. Oftentimes, you simply have to do routine interval exercise a set of intense exercises and another set of less intense movements. Examples of these are running up and down the stairs. Going up is more difficult so you have to move more forcefully, while going down is less strenuous which allows you to moderate your movement. You can also do stretching exercises at home.
