Step 1

Choose which Slim Fast is best for you. You can choose the Regular, Optima, or Low Carb. I prefer the Low Carb.

Step 2

Substitute two meals everyday with Slim Fast. I substitute breakfast and dinner. You can rotate meals or stick to the same routine.

Step 3

For your one meal, eat as many vegetables, black or pinto beans and lean meats (chicken or turkey breast) as you like. For breakfast you can eat eggs and Turkey Bacon. Remember, to lose weight drinking Slim Fast, you must only eat one meal a day!

Avoid foods high in carbs, sugars and saturated fat.

Do 30 minutes of Cardio a day for 3 to 5 days a week, depending on the amount of weight you want to lose. You should stay at your target heart rate the entire time.

Do strength training exercises every morning. Rotate muscle groups worked.

Only drink water and no calorie drinks in addition to drinking Slim Fast as your meals. Stay hydrated!
