Things You Will Need1 Can diced tomatoes with onions and green chiles
1 Small can beef broth
1 Small can chicken broth
1/2 Cup salsa
1 lb. frozen corn
3 1/4 Cups water
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Step 1Combine the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and chicken broth in a large pot. Add the salsa. Mild or medium salsa is best.
Step 2Pour in the water, add the corn and the remaining ingredients.
Step 3Cover the pot and let simmer for an hour.
