Things You Will Need
1 Can diced tomatoes with onions and green chiles1 Small can beef broth
1 Small can chicken broth
1/2 Cup salsa
1 lb. frozen corn
3 1/4 Cups water
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Step 1
Combine the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and chicken broth in a large pot. Add the salsa. Mild or medium salsa is best.Step 2
Pour in the water, add the corn and the remaining ingredients.Step 3
