How to Make Pony Bead Bracelets

1. First, you'll need a bunch of pony beads. You can easily find them in any ef="/Arts and Crafts">arts and crafts stores or sections. You don't need to worry about the cost because they are very affordable. A bag can cause around 2 to 5 dollars and it has around 500 to 1500 pieces of beads.

2. Next, look for some string. They are always available in stores where you can buy beads. It's best to pick the elastic cords. The best size in making bracelets or necklaces is around .7 mm. It's not too thin and will not break easily but at the same time, it's not too thick and will not give you difficulty tying them off effectively.

3. With all the material ready, plan for the pattern that you like to do. Play with the colors. You can choose the colors that go with your dress. For example you can get three colors that you like and at the same time go with each other. (Example pattern: Red, gold, black, gold, red) Repeat the pattern that you like until it can go around your wrist.

4. String the beads together. Don't for get to leave about two inches of the string at the loose end.

5. Tie the loose ends. Make two good square knots with your string. Make it tight, but do not pull too much to avoid the string from breaking. Cut the extra string off the bracelet.
