How to Make a Coke Cola Cake

Things You'll Need:
- 1-1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 squares melted unsweetened chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-16 ounce Coke
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- pinch of salt
- 2-teaspoons vanilla
- 2-cups chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2-cups sugar
- 1-cup evaporated milk
- 9x13 baking pan

Cream butter and sugarCream together, 1-1/2 cups sugar and 1 stick butter until smooth. Add 2 squares of the melted chocolate and eggs.

Bottle of CokeStir in 1-3/4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda and the bottle of Coke. Blend well.

Pour batter into cake panPreheat oven 350 degrees.
Grease and lightly flour baking pan.
Pour cake mix into baking pan. -
Bake in ovenBake 30 minutes.

Melt chocolateWhile cake is baking:
melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, add 1 stick butter, 2 cups sugar,
1 cup evaporated milk, pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 2 cups walnuts or pecans.
Cook for about 1-1/2 minutes.
When the cake is cooled pour this mixture over it.
Will be like hot fudge sundae sauce on top of the cake.
Serve warm or cooled. Good either way.
A little vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top then a cherry to top it all off.
