How to Make a No Bake Cheesecake

By Edited Dec 2, 2016 1 6

So who doesn't like cheesecake. It is a wonderful and rich dessert that is usually very expensive to buy in a restaurant or store. This recipe is very easy and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. You can whip this up in a matter of minutes. To make this cheesecake lower in calories you can use Neufchatel Cheese as it has 1/3 less fat than cream cheese. This is a great dessert to bring to your holiday family gathering. Everyone will rave about your dessert. And it will only cost you about $4.00 to make.

Things You Will Need

1. 1- 8 ounce package cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese

2. 14 ounce can condensed milk

3. 1 teaspoon vanilla

4. 1/3 cup lemon juice

5. 1 ready to eat graham cracker crust

Step 1

Put the cheese in a mixing bowl and whip it with a mixer for about 2 minutes. Then add the condensed milk and whip for about 2 more minutes or until the cheese and milk are incorperated very well. Add the lemon juice and vanilla and whip this mixture for about 10 minutes. The long mixing time will help the mixture to become light and fluffy after the cooling process. After you have mixed it for the 10 minutes pour into the pie crust and chill for about 2 hours before serving. That's all there is too it. The lemon juice give the cheesecake a wonderful light crisp taste. When you serve this cheesecake you can add fruit on top if you wish, but it's just as wonderful without the fruit. The lemony flavor is very refreshing. You may also double this recipe and pour into a larger no bake pie crust if you wish. Your family and friends are going to love this cheesecake and beg you for the recipe.
