Build Your Own Wide Angle/Fish Eye Camera Lens

Most people think that playing around with different camera lens' is limited to those who have SLR cameras or digital SLR's. Conventionally this is true, however with a few items that you can buy at your local hardware store such as Home Depot, you can setup either a Wide Angle Lens or a Fish Eye lens for less than $10 for your digital point and shoot camera. This lens will attach to the outside of your current digital camera lens and will require absolutely not modifications to your current camera.

What you will need:
  • Piece of PVC Pipe, slightly larger than your camera lens housing.
  • 1 Digital Camera
  • 1 Front door peep hole (wide angle or fish eye depending on what lens you want)
  • 1 roll of foam
  • 1 can spray adhesive
  • 1 can spray paint (optional)
