How to Make your Own Exercise

By | Oct 9, 2009 | 0 Comments | Rating: 0

So you have a few extra pounds to shed, but you hate running, jogging, and anything else that involves sweating profusely. Have you ever thought about making your own exercise? It's as simple as doing what you love, and finding ways to be active. Making your own exercise will make you happy, thin and not too sweaty.

Things You Will Need

Free time

A Desire to Stay Healthy

Step 1

Before you start making anything, you need to ask yourself: What do I Love to do? Maybe you like talking to people, traveling, or spending time with your kids. Whatever it is, make sure it's something you thoroughly enjoy.

Step 2

Now think about how you can transform your favorite activity into a form of exercise. If you like getting out and talking to people, take a walk around your neighborhood and get to know the neighbors. If you love to travel, take a bike ride out in your community and see some of the local sights. If you love to spend time with your kids well that should be easy.

Step 3

It doesn't end here though--oh no! Just as you would if you were to exercise, when you make your own exercise you also have to set goals. These can be fun goals though, and in no way do you have to push yourself physically (well not directly). If you love to meet people, make it a goal to meet a larger number of people every time you go out. This way you will make a lot of friends, and get a great workout walking.

The possibilities are endless! You can walk or bike just about anywhere, work out while you watch TV, and even spend time with your children. When you make your own exercise you will be making fun memories that will help you lose a few extra pounds and enjoy your day!
