How to Organize Closets the Easy Way
Wondering why your husband squirms every time he walks into your bedroom closet?
If you see pieces of clothing all over your bedroom and notice that the closet doors squeak louder than usual and can't seem to close properly, then your partner is probably annoyed by the fact that you are a very poor organizer.
Aside from being a little embarrassed that all of his stuff are tucked away in another poorly managed cabinet mixed with your ever growing clothing collection.
Yes, you will surely get a mouthful as soon as he sees your shoes behind the door and near the bedside table. Your stuff is everywhere and yet you do have big closets to work with. He cannot fathom why you are still complaining because frankly the only solution is to organize closets properly.
Now, you realize that you must organize closets while your husband is at work or else there will be a sure squabble when he gets back.
First thing you should do is to get everything out first from all the cabinets.
Lay them out on top of your bed and start segregating what you have.
Organize your clothes as to pants, blouses, shirts, underwear or from formal to casual attires.
Separate those that you don't or rarely use and make sure that they don't go on top of the drawers once you start to organize closets.
Before putting the items back inside, decide if you still want the existing closet or if you need to have it fixed by adding more shelves and racks.
Do you need to expand it and add a full body mirror on its doors to make it more useful? Simply putting back your stuff will not do the trick.
You need to know exactly what closet organizing you need to design a closet that is fully functional or it will just be a constant reminder that you are a packrat.
