Human Flag Tutorial

You may have heard of this technique called a bar hold or you might know it as a human flag. Regardless of what you call it, the technique is very impressive and requires a fair amount of upper body strength. Practice doing it both directions until you can build up the strength to hold if for a few seconds. Keep at is until your upper body and core strength is strong enough to hold it for 30 seconds plus.
