Nothing is quite as impressive as learning how to perform awesome MMA moves from a couple of good looking girls. In this video the MMA girls will teach us how to make somebody tap by putting them in a Kimura.

We will learn how to perform this shoulder dislocating move from both our guard as well as from side control.

Even if you don't want to learn self defense techniques these girls are worth watching all on their own!
