Things You Will Need
·Dedeep cleansing masque
·Bbbalanced diet, supplements
Always wash the face
Wash the face gently twice a day using a mild cleanser, warm water and washcloth that will assist in cleaning the pores thoroughly. Gently is the key as harsh scrubbing will only further irritate and worsen pimples and acne. Rinse with cool water. Avoid chemicals which irritate, clog pores and aggravate pimples.
Get rid of dry dead skin cells
Use a mild and gentle exfoliant weekly to remove dry, dead skin cells and open the pores so that they can be cleansed thoroughly. Use a gentle motion of small circles for about a minute, rinse with warm water and washcloth. Rinse with cool water. Use natural ingredients that won't clog pores or irritate the skin such as tea tree oil, lavender oil and micro-granules.
Deep clean the pores
Apply a Deep Cleaning Masque
Apply a deep cleaning facial masque weekly to draw out excess sebaceous oil and smoothe the texture of the skin. Smooth over entire face, allow the product to dry. Remove gently with warm water and washcloth. Rinse with cool water. Suggested ingredients are oatmeal, tea tree oil, aloe and china clay for natural ingredients that won't further clog pores.
Return the ph of the skin
Toning the facial skin
Use a mild toner to remove any traces of dirt or makeup that the cleanser did not remove as well as to restore the ph to normal and prepare the skin for the next step. Apply the toner gently with a cotton ball, gently around the entire face avoiding the eye area.
Everyone needs moisturizer
Moisturize the skin
Add a small amount of moisturizer specifically created for oily skin which will notify your skin cells that moisture is not needed and the skin cells will produce less oil. This is a very important step and should not be missed because you have oily skin. The opposite will happen and the skin will become less oily with proper moisturizer. Moisturizers with tea tree oil, aloe and Vitamin E will soften and begin to heal the pimples and acne skin. Use moisturizer daily in the am and pm.
Sweat it out!
Exercise at least 30 minutes every day to encourage perspiration and open the pores of the skin to prevent pimples and acne.
Hydrate the skin
Drinking 6-8 8oz glasses of water per day will assist in hydrating the skin and removing bacterial toxins from the body that cause breakouts and acne.
Add proper nutrition
Eat a Well Balanced Diet
Eating a well balanced diet will help acne skin to begin to heal. Be sure to include lean protein, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and a multi-vitamin daily for the most health benefits for the skin. Avoid processed and sugary foods as well as greasy, fatty foods.
Keep it clean
Keep the body clean
Keep the body clean after exercise or other strenuous activity to minimize the production of oils and to keep the pores open. Use warm water, gentle cleansers without chemicals and cool water rinse. Follow this routine daily to cure pimples for good and eliminate acne.
Avoid touching the face/Don't PICK Pimples!
Avoid touching the face with the palms of the hands which contain dirt and oils and can contribute to additional pimples. Definitely, Do Not Pick pimples no matter how tempting it may seem. Only some of the sebaceous oils will come out and most will go back into the skin creating MORE pimples. You also risk creating a scar that may take even longer to heal. Avoid this at all costs! Use a cover stick or concealer with a dab of liquid foundation instead to hide blemishes until the pimple is gone and healed.
You can prevent acne and pimples for good with proper skincare, hydration, nutrition, exercise, supplements and cleanliness of the body. It will take a conscious effort on your part but, the result will be clean, clear, radiantly smooth skin that will make you look and feel your best. You can do it naturally, without chemicals.
