More than millions of people have to
deal with health problems that will have the potential to effect their

cases, sleeping on your back can cause your tongue to fall back, which
can cause an obstruction of the airway - leading to snoring. Sleeping
on your side and/or elevating your head when sleeping may be able to
help. Try anti-snoring pillow.
- Make sure that your nasal passages are
cleared out. If you have a cold or persistent allergies, this can cause
your nose to be clogged and can lead to snoring when you are sleep.
