How to Remedy Dry Elbows
Tired of experiencing your dry and scaly elbows? Want to get rid of your dry elbows for soft smooth elbows? Here are a few tips that can help you improve the way your elbows look and feel.
- The first step is getting a loofah sponge. While taking your bath or shower make sure you continuously use the loofah on your elbows to help exfoliate and get rid of some of the dead skin.
- Take a lemon and cut it in half. Use one half to rub on your left elbow and the other half to rub on the right elbow.
- Consistently using a moisturizer on a daily bases is a MUST! If you remember try to moisturize two to three times a day.
- Before going to bed each night, applying butter (cooking butter) to your elbows and then wrap them with plastic wrap. This should help soften your rough skin and the plastic wrap will keep the butter from getting all over your sheets.
Following these tips should help improve your elbows texture and appearance. Also, leaning on your elbows less will help. If your elbows become itchy or red, seek the attention of a doctor is as it symptoms may be caused by a skin condition.
